Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of MMTC-PAMP since 2020, Vikas has over 25 years of experience in leading, growing and transforming businesses in hyper competitive environments. Building a culture centered around innovation and customer experience, enabled by winning teams is a critical part of his leadership philosophy. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Pearson Education, India & South Asia, the world’s leading learning company. He has also held leadership positions in companies such as Kimberly Clark and Airtel. Vikas believes in lifelong learning and has attended leadership programs at premier Global school such as the Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Jim Collins Academy and the Singtel Group, to name a few. Vikas holds a degree in Business Management from FMS, Delhi.

Vipin, armed with 20 years of global experience acquired in France, Germany, UK and India, is a veteran of precious metals sales and trading. In previous roles, he has focused on trading in precious metals, equity and derivatives, including leadership roles in these areas. He has been associated with the MKS PAMP Group since 2002, and leads the dealing room and trading arm at MMTC-PAMP.

Ankur has 27 years of production and techno-commercial marketing experience in the Indian gems and jewellery industry. He has played key roles in setting up manufacturing units for large jewellery organisations including Tanishq and Vaibhav Gems, and employed this deep expertise  in the set-up of our world-class production facility. At MMTC-PAMP, he heads our precious metal refining and minting operations, and drives product and process innovation that steers us towards global leadership. Ankur holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru respectively.

Samit is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 25 years of experience in leading & managing the finance function in both manufacturing & service industries. He has experience of working in leadership positions in large and reputed organisations like PWC, Philips India Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd, The Oberoi Group, Genesis Group and Emaar IndiaSamit is good at forging meaningful relationships, and has great interpersonal skills. He has the ability to inspire, influence & challenge large teams to improve operational efficiency and achieve stretched targets.He is passionate about his work and his team. He strategizes for the long term.

Shankhaneel Borah is responsible for the Industrial Metal Division, Hallmarking vertical and also for the sale of MKSPAMP Gold/PGM and refining for PAMP globally. He has over 21 years of global and diversified experience in the field of industrial product development, sales and marketing and general management. He started his career in the Refineries division of Indian Oil Corporation Limited based out of various places like Digboi, Guwahati & Delhi. Prior to joining team MMTC-PAMP, he worked for major industrial catalyst multi-national companies in India like Johnson Matthey, Sud Chemie, etc. There, he held senior leadership positions in sales, marketing and technical services. Shankhaneel has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (B. E.) degree from Assam Engineering College, Guwahati. He is a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the National Institute of Personnel Management, Kolkata and a certified Energy Auditor from Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Government of India. He has also completed Advanced Diploma in International Management from All India Management Association (AIMA) – Delhi.

Vinay heads the Industrials portfolio since April 2018. He has experience of over 25 years in the Electrical industry out of which 17 years is in techno commercial role in electrical contact industry. He started his career with sales of switchgear & control gear. Worked with Morarjee Dorman Smith (now Legrand), S & S Power switchgear (now Schneider electric) and Havells. He shifted to the electrical contact industry from 2003 onwards, working at senior management roles with Hindustan Platinum and Metalor Technology SA. He has travelled across the globe and visited several manufacturing units to bring back best manufacturing practices to India.He was privileged to complete the intensive course on Electrical contacts conducted by IEEE under the guidance of Dr. Paul Slade. He has also undergone training with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt who is the originator of Theory of Constraints.His philosophy is to leave people and place better than how he found them.

Amul is a business leader from the Online and E-Commerce industry with over 12 years of experience across Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing and Technology. Amul arrives at MMTC-PAMP from Samsung India where he led the online business for Home Appliance categories. In the course of his time at Samsung, the brand achieved #1 rank in the online market in Washing Machine and Microwave businesses. His team boasts of having achieved multiple #1 bestseller models across Amazon, Flipkart and other Appliance focused E-Commerce Pure Players. Earlier at Samsung, he played a key role in the inception of Samsung Galaxy M-series smartphones that went on to become a hot favourite among the Indian consumers. Prior to Samsung, he was associated with Snapdeal where he helped in bringing scale to the Mobiles & Tablets business. He has experience managing complex multi-party environment that simultaneously involve brands, market place sellers, third party warehouses/ fulfilment partners and a host of external agencies. As a philosophy, Amul aims to solve large problems by breaking them down into smaller problem statements, identifying key input metrics and subsequently laying down processes that can help the organisation in achieving scale in predictable and organised manner.His experience in building successful products and achieving market leadership for large online businesses make him a great asset at MMTC-PAMP for leading its Digital business.Amul is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, IIEST Shibpur and RIMC Dehradun.

Nishtha Khurana is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of experience in the fields of Operational Risk Management, Internal Audits, SOX, Enterprise-wide Risk Assessments, Internal Controls, etc.She has extensive experience in setting up Operational Risk Frameworks and Internal Audit Functions as she dabbled with Internal Control Frameworks, Risk based Internal Audit, IFC and Sox readiness and compliance, etc. among other areas. Prior to joining us, she has worked with reputed organizations like Home Credit, RBS Group, and Deloitte in various roles and capacities.Nishtha completed her Chartered Accountancy at a very young age of 22 years. She has also completed her Masters from University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany where she won the DAAD Best Student award. Prior to that she had completed her graduation in B.Com. (Hons.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce in Delhi.She has strong organizational and leadership skills; a keen eye for detail; and an ability to work well with people. She enjoys working in a multi-cultural and dynamic environment.
